They had basically finalized their candidate before interviewing me.
It was very evident in their body language.
Neither the director nor the manager once smiled or bother asking me any questions of substance.
I had realized half way thru the interview it was just a formality.
Its very unprofessional to waste people's time.

After 14 years in SAP, they had the nerve to ask me what is a Purchasing Org structure assigned to? Also that for a manager position. I almost laughed and cried at the same time.
