3 stage interview process: Screening, Hiring Manager, Customer. Interview process was quite smooth and all interviewers were friendly. Initial screening was about explaining the job description and preparing for next level. Hiring Manager had great command on business environment and interview was mostly a discussion on addressing customers' business problems using technology. Customer interview was about explaining expectations and understanding my aspirations from this role. Overall a great hiring experience.

3-4 rounds. HR called to ask some questions like salary expectations and why work for Softchoice. Don't be too nervous about this step, at first it seems like HR girl is interviewing you, but really she is just filling out a form with your answers to the hiring manager. Then Hiring Manager, then his manager, then the sponsor.
