It was two phone interviews and one in-person interview. They ended up giving me an offer, inviting me to meet their team, booked my flight to Toronto for training and then told me I failed my background check and rescinded my offer. They said it was due to something said by one of my references, which was vague and untrue after I reached out to all of them. This company lacks tact, class and proper internal communication. I would not recommend wasting your time with them and definitely do not leave your current job until after their ridiculous background check is back.

Internal recruiter reached out to me for initial phone conversation, then proceeded to set up an in person interview at their office. Interview wasn’t too bad - pretty standard questions really.

Had 3 phone calls. The first 2 calls were good with initial recruiter. On the 3rd phone call the recruiter called me later then the specified appointment time blaming it on a meeting. Not proffesional. At the end of call I asked about all the not so good reviews on Glassdoor. She gave me a generic answer as to why that was. The next day I was sent an email stating they were going to move on with the process with more "qualified" individuals.

1-2 Phone interviews testing sales experience/interest, in-person interview. Hiring manager/Team lead mostly manager facing. May interview with different regions as your territory may not be set ahead of time. Lots of turnover so constantly hiring.
