Was contacted for an interview via e-mail a week after submitting my resume, but had to reschedule a couple of times since the manager seemed to be on a really tight schedule. Interview was over an hour long consisting mostly of scenario questions. A lot of thinking on the spot, so preparing beforehand didn't help much. Asked for 3 references.

Why specifically are you interested in working in a long term care facility? (I was interested in working in food services for any hospital/health care facility, so this question threw me off a little)

Informal and very easy. Laid back asked questions about experience and how to handle certain situations. Asked about past and how I would deal with sticky situations and what I would do to be better at my job had that happened.
They asked minor questions about food safety and diet writing guidelines. Also asked about management style, work ethic, strengths and weaknesses and so on. Typical interview questions you could find online. Want to know how much you know about Sodexo and the position. Mainly need the certificates asked.
