It was five stages, with various personas both in the sales organization and in the operations team. There was no practical takeaway activity, just one-to-one meetings that dove into your approach on how to do things, and how you would handle the capacity issues they are currently experiencing

4 interviews over a 3-4 week period. Everyone was pleasant and personable. No awkward questions. Very casual. I explained my background and answered questions about my experience. They were open to answering my questions about the company’s current situation, culture, and the the position itself.
