Entrevista
Interview process was so positive. Each and every interviewer was technically strong and was with positive tone.
First round was with the recruiter and he asked about the project exprience. Basically to know if we fit the job description.
Second round was with Solution architect and he was pretty good at technical-snowflake/AWS and questions were sensible.
Third round is also with another Solution architect and he explained how the company/project process and he gave the overall operation in project and few questions on technical side-Snowflake/AWS.
Fourth was with the Director and it was 100% technical round as i did not expect this :) Luckily it went well and i got the offer.
They provided pretty good package and i am lookin gofrward to join the company soon.

I interviewed with Slalom in 2025 for a consulting role, to be staff augmentation for a "large-client". The interviewer himself was pretty nice. The question that I got was valid palindrome. See my other interview questions for the other things asked.

Entrevista
Process started on June 2025, got 2 interviews, one with RRHH and a technical interview, after that they ghost me for 8 months and try to continue the process. "New" process were 2 interviews, one technical and one with the boss of that role. The changed completely the benefits, payscale and even the working shift.
