Lots of dropped communication and stretched out way too long. The recruiter was horrible for that and unresponsive - should be fired!
Lots of turmoil at the company too - someone left after just a month and it led to a reshuffling in hiring priorities. Overall sense was chaos reigns here and that the CEO is largely to blame for that. It appears he ineffectively micromanages and likes to treat people like shite. Several internal employees said he was hard to work with. The low-starred reviews that have been submitted are dead-on for what I was able to observe. Avoid avoid avoid!

I wish I could describe the interview process. But all I can say is that one their staff members is pretty unprofessional.
First, he contacted me over the email and asked when would be a good time for an interview. It was Thursday and I responded within the same hour that I'll be available on the next day from 12 to 3pm. He only responded on the next day, saying that he won't be able to make it and asked if Monday 2pm would work. I said ok. On Monday he emailed and said that he'll be late for a call. And I asked him to reschedule since I already don't have enough time for the interview (I was at work at the moment). So eventually, we scheduled for another day for 2:30pm, and he called literally 30 minutes later! I already wasn't able to answer the phone because I am not that flexible to waste 30 minutes at work. So he did not leave any messages neither he emailed apologizing for being late. Nothing.
So my point is that it could be pretty hard to find a talent with this kind of unprofessionalism.
