The interview was easy. They didn't ask any typical interview questions.
They had me stay because they wanted to see if I could actually do the job. Kept me for 2 hours! Doing free work for them. The job was only 2-3 days a week at $9 an hour.

Systematic and thorough. They took their time to ask valid questions and were honest. Showed me the Sign Shop and explained the responsibilities. The business atmosphere was clean and inviting for customers and employees.

How many years of experience do you have in the Sign business?
The entire interview was very unprofessional and manager was rude and insulting. He was busy snacking and distracted. I arrived early for the interview and had to wait 20 minutes pass the start time to even speak with the manager. Our conversation lasted maybe 4 minutes.
