Interviewer from HR was late to an online meeting and only informed me at the time that the interview was scheduled for. Interview was extremely poorly structured and the interviewer was checked out from the start and simply going through the list of questions that she had. Absolutely no interest was shown other than simply acknowledging my responses. Not the standard I've come to expect from Singaporean interviewers for a senior position. She provided no clarity on the actual role I was being interviewed for and only informed me when asked directly if I was being interviewed for multiple roles. Pay seem to be at or lower than market rate. This was definitely historically the worst interview I've had and also the first time I have left a review for an interview. Will definitely be leaving positive ones for other companies as well.
