A lot of documentation to send across. Homework as well. First interview is just an informal chat. Nothing to be scared of. The recruiter asked me questions about my CV, education, country, what am I doing currently. At the later stage, they asked if I'm still looking for jobs and what happens if the other place offers me. What I think about OT, salary and motivations for working here. Just for formalities.

Had a great overall interview experience. The HR was incredibly warm and approachable — communication was smooth and she made me feel at ease right from the start. The second-round interviewer was equally friendly and professional, creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout the conversation. The whole process felt well-organized and respectful of the candidate's time.

The hiring level was friendly and open to discussion. Passed the first two rounds with the senior and team lead. Very nice 2-way discussion during the interview. Oddly, HR was the last round and I didn't hear back thereafter. The HR looked a bit distracted when I was speaking.

There are 3 interviews in totoal. The first two interviews are hiring manager interview. And the last interview is hr interview. The interviewer is strict and talkative. They like interactive style
