I applied through referral and was called for initial interview 4 days after submission of resume. Initial interview was average and was conduct through phone call. Result will be told after interview and I was scheduled for final assessment 2 days later. The final assessment is via ms teams video call with 2 hiring managers. They will ask technical questions related to the job. Be prepared for behavioral questions and practice answering through STAR method. Also, there are so many follow up questions.
