The new grad program had an interview via zoom with several department and hiring managers. The meeting was around 30 to 45 mins and was fairly straightforward. There were mostly scenario based questions about patient care

Has there been a time when you dealt with a difficult patient? What did you do?
Very friendly! Open ended questions. It was a panel interview. They even give me time to process when I was nervous and stumble on my answers. Definitely recommend this company.

very straightforward. everybody is nice . it was a panel interview with 4 people. the atmosphere is good. 30 minute interview. i was relax and they help me to feel comfortable during the interview

Met with manager and lead, was asked a series of questions (about 7). Then I was able to ask questions. We went over the scheduling process and then the interview was over. I heard back in less than a week.
