How is the company running in India with such a worst HR culture ?
No communication from HR over call for scheduling interview.. Candidate has to run behind HR even to schedule the next round of interview.. Adding to this after the completion HR is unaware even though I cleared the interview.. Pathetic HR department i would say.. even startups have better HR department!!
Even after providing the offer letter HR don't pick the call or reply back for any clarification. Please stay away from ServiceNow HRs
