The application process consisted of an online application, phone call with recruiter, and interview with team. In the phone call with the recruiter, she asked basic questions about my interests, experience, and specific questions pertaining to my resume.

Several phone and in person interviews over a period of a month. First interview with the human resources rep by phone, then phone with office manager, then in person with group, the one on one with lead physician.
