Applied online and had to do numbe rof tests as well. Manged to get the telephone interview. It lasted over 30 min. Few typical competency questions. The interviewer was OK.

In person Assessment Centre consisting of group and individual tasks followed by interview. Challenging process and different to other assessment centres out there but gives opportunity to show a wide range of skills.
