Highly unprofessional way of conducting an an interview and the whole hiring process overall. The interview date/time was changed several times. Two step interview, the first step was supposed to be an initial screening, 15-20 minute time was allocated. Instead the panel had it running for over an hour asking very specific questions, which were not even supposed to be included in the screening process.
Second step included a 10-minute presentation on market capabilities and business opportunities. A panel of three people was assessing it, only of them was relatively prepared for the interview. The interviewer was conducted by a Sector Lead non-native speaker, although position requirements were very rigid about language. Asked repetitive vague questions already just covered in the presentation. No details was provided about the position itself although it was the last step of the interview. Shameful level of interview standards for the organisation.

What would be your approach to international business development. Important to note here, that the question was asked right at the end of the presentation targeting specifically this topic.

It is a 2 stage process. However, the interview panellists were nice. Made me comfortable and did not try to intimidate. They are genuinely interested to know how you have reacted or behaved in real life experiences which are relevant to the competencies demanded by the job. They also give you a written assignment relevant to your job profile. This is probably to check how the candidate can express herself/himself through written communication. Overall the experience was good
