Applied via JobStreet. Had two rounds of interviews, one with reporting manager and one with national sales lead manager. All done via video call. Smooth process overall. Prepare by reading up on the industry, especially in your local context. Situational questions were asked. Also there was an on the spot excel capabilities assessment. Be prepared with knowledge of how to calculate for revenue / average run rate etc

Het is inprincipe goed te doen, je wordt aardig doorgelicht voor een redelijk eenvoudige functie. Maar goed te doen mits je je goed voorbereid. Wel een 7 vinkjes corporate. Dat is mogelijk niet voor iedereen geschik.
The whole procedure was overall OK, only a bit challenging, I needed to do a business case relevant to the product category I wanted to work in. Other steps included a talk with HR and the manager.
