How long in previous positions and if I would be willing to relocate if the opportunity allowed. Any family that is currently employed with the company. Asked range of pay.

Sat down with customer service lead and was asked a series of questions. Mostly about experience with customer service and about availability. Process was very smooth and easy. I was offered a job.
It was very quick and mostly a formality. Asked questions such as how to deal with customers and your strengths. They were very nice and asked when to start immediately after.
