I met with the hiring manager in her office. We chatted briefly, and though I was ready to answer the usual interview questions, the only ones she asked were "why do you want to work at Sam's?" and "would you be alright with the dress code (khaki pants and a collared shirt)? We chatted some more, and she said she would give me a call one way or the other the following week. I have heard nothing and it has been two weeks.

Received email with time slot for in person interview. Easy interview. Only cared about availability. Very little was discussed during our time together. Available days the main focus of interview. Slightly Frustrating because application already had completed list of availability. No
Sat down with customer service lead and was asked a series of questions. Mostly about experience with customer service and about availability. Process was very smooth and easy. I was offered a job.
It was very quick and mostly a formality. Asked questions such as how to deal with customers and your strengths. They were very nice and asked when to start immediately after.
