First there was a meeting with talent acquisition, which was a good experience, then an interview with hiring manager, then a tech assessment was provided, after some questions related to the exercise, the hiring manager redirected the question to a dev, no answer was given, I ended up completing the exercise and delivering it even though no clarification was provided. They took 3 weeks to answer and didn't gave any feedback regarding the tech assessment which took me 1 working day to complete. More respect should be given to the interviewee

I was recruited directly via an engineering manager. I did a coding submission first, and about a couple days later was scheduled with an onsite interview - a 4 hour affair spanning multiple interview sessions. A couple interviewers asked me if I needed water or a bathroom break, which was nice, but I held my own. One part was more behavioral, the rest technical. Although the interview was tough, the technical questions really felt like collaborative problems where it was a constant back and forth conversation, adding additional requirements, etc. I really enjoyed thinking about the solutions, and there wasn't too much coding.
