Solicité el puesto a través de una agencia de empleo. El proceso duró 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Salesforce (Atlanta, GA) en nov 2024
Entrevista
Recruiter reached out to me. Took 2 weeks for initial interview. Interview was basic employee history questions and situational questions. I would say the level of difficulty was average. Received a follow up rejection email about 2 weeks after interview.
The interview process typically started with an initial screening call with the recruiter to discuss my background and role expectations. This was followed by one or two technical and scenario-based interviews focused on Salesforce, Service Cloud, and business analysis skills. The final round usually involved stakeholder or manager discussions, where I explained my approach to requirement gathering, solution design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

A customer support team reports that many Service Cloud cases are being created, but agents complain that cases are not reaching the right queues and SLAs are being missed. Management wants to fix this without adding manual work for agents.
👉 As a Salesforce Business Analyst, how would you approach this problem end-to-end?

Inadequate, brief, rushed and ghosted. Those are the feelings I had leaving a contractor interview. I understand the role I interviewed for isn't as important in the pipeline but you never know who you'll meet and ghosting is unprofessional.
The interview was fine, but I remember being rushed and being given the impression my time was not on the same level.
Salesforce if this is how you interview Business Analysts who specialize in qualitative data. Then it's frustrating. Our work is just as important as people who specialize on quantitative data.
Please be more professional.
