Had multiple phone interviews. One with HR, another with hiring manager, then another with the team. All went smoothly. It’s now been months, and last I checked they were still considering me. I noticed after the interview they started to advertise for the position again. And have ghosted me since. Not letting me know a yes or no. I took another offer as I couldn’t wait for them any more. Was not impressed with how slow their process is and leaving your candidates hanging.
