Got a screening interview through campus job fair. Straight forward with few behavioral questions and 2 technical questions. Got an invitation to Houston 2 weeks later. Flew to Houston. Plant tour and dinner on the first day. 1 behavioral and 1 technical on second day with 1 presentation, 16 total candidates. Told us we will get an email with the decision in 1 week. It has been 1 month now and haven't received any decision yet. Good experience, a lot of sweet talk. Highly competitive.

1 round of behavioral and then 1 round of technical and behavioral with managers. 2nd round was in person and they let you know after if you move on in about a week or 2. Study up on manufacturing and LEAN concepts.
