The process was very long and ultimately a waste of time. There was two phone screens, two onsite interviews and another phone interview with a VP. The process itself is way too long for the role. Ultimately they never hired anyone because they never got a approval, having found this out 4 months after them going silent is truly ridiculous and absurd. Why interview persons multiple times if you never got approval for the business to hire anyone? Hiring manager and recruiters were not aligned and constantly provided false information. Overall due to the poor communication it was a horrible experience. It was truly a frustrating and time consuming process of going to interviews within the span of 2 months.
