The process went like this: I applied online, and was contacted by the talent acquisition person within 1-2 weeks. We set up a phone call with the hiring manager about 2-3 days after that, and then the in-person interview was set up for later that week.
The in-person interview with four Concur employees that are part of the team I applied for. Questions ranged from technical (network security) to HR-type questions (strengths, weaknesses, etc).
The day after the in-person interview I was extended an offer.
It was a pretty smooth and professional process.
