Entrevista
The overall experience was good. The technical recruiter was absolutely sweet and answered all my questions well. The assignment was good too. However, the final call with the CEO wasn't very pleasant. It was more of a one-way interview. Too many questions to which I realized that his thought process regarding SEO and content is different from mine (I have 4+ years of experience). I'm a native english speaker so the communication part was extremely difficult. I couldn't understand most of the things he said. At the beginning of the hiring process, I was informed that there would be two assignments. So, I gave my all in for the first two assignments. I was sure it is way better than their existing process. But then they came back with an unclear feedback and asked me to write a 2000-word article as the third assignment (mind you, assignments are unpaid but takes a good amount of time and effort). I reluctantly agreed even though I said I can only write 500 words as I'm currently working full-time for another organization. They still insisted on writing 2000 words. And after all that (after 3 assignments), during my final call with the CEO, he said "I have some concerns, can you do another small assignment?" to which I said no, but I also mentioned I'll be happy to showcase my existing work. He didn't seem so pleased with my response.

The interview lasted for upwards of an hour. It started with a presentation by the recruiter, outlining job description and responsibilities, as well as an overview of company history and culture. Then followed the questions for the applicant.
