Really pleasant process. Started with a quick phone interview, asking why I'm interested in Rover, etc. They gave clear descriptions of what the job entails and gave a good understanding of what the company and work environment is about. Then they invited me to their corporate office for an in-person interview with the department manager and several people from the same workgroup team. There were 2 interviews with different people from the team. Following the in-person interview they did mock scenarios, to see how you would do in the position and give you an understanding of the sort of work you'll be doing. Overall, it was a very pleasant interview experience, they answered any questions I had and were very friendly and fun.

It was okay but 8 interviews was a lot of time only to find out starting pay is $15.50. I think it’s an okay company but not competitive salary and the hours are terrible.
