      Entrevista

      Following an HR screening interview, I was invited to headquarters to meet the team in a sequential interview. I interviewed with four people during back-to-back interviews. I was presented with varying views of what the position they were recruiting for was and was told they had been interviewing a large number of candidates. I got the feeling they didn't know what they were looking for and were interviewing candidates until one clicked. I was also told that they didn't know if they would hire from within or look outside the company. They said they would be back in touch with me. It's been six weeks and I haven't heard anything. I'm disappointed that they ghosted me and wish they had given me closure one way or another.

Candidates typically meet the entire interview team during an onsite interview. Our consolidated interview process optimizes the time the candidate spends onsite, who likely has existing work or personal commitments. In some situations, our interview teams take an exploratory approach, sharing multiple job opportunities, when meeting with candidates to fit them to the best opportunity for their and the business’s success. It is our practice to disposition candidates after the role closes. In this case candidates were dispositioned in mid-January through our Applicant Tracking System.
