mostly just a review of the application and an explanation of the jobs available to choose from. They seem to rely on the applicant to ask questions for them to answer.. but I had read their site several times and had little I didn't already understand

Application submission, phone interview and zoom interview. All of this was conducted with a friendly and professional manner. Great experience. Conducted by extremely knowledgeable managers that shared their history and history with Roehl Transport

The interview process was okay, but the director was quiet and seemed standoff-ish. So much, in fact, that I decided to withdraw my name from consideration. They try to promote a "Team Roehl" feel like it's a great place to work, and maybe it is. But if the director acts toward employees on a daily basis like she acts in the interviews, it won't be good.

Phone interview they asked you a lot of questions about your work history and what your expectations were for your new job so far and so forth and they want to know how many companies you would work for

It was nice that I was able to come in before the interview and sit with the person currently doing the position so I could see what the job en tales.

Incredibly informative. You start by shadowing a fleet manager, then your typical questions, and then they have you complete 2 simulations. Those can definitely be a bit tricky. They were very pleasant. The process in full was about 2 hours

Very simple, applied online they called within a couple days. Then started the interview it's like any other Interview Ask questions about previous jobs and why were you looking for this type of career Etc.

It was simple and easy to understand they took their time and even included videos so that it could get you prepared for the task and their requirements so that you wouldn't feel like you aren't able to understand before hand

I received an email after applying to take 3 test. I did the first day I received the email. I received a 45/50. I never took the test in my entire life. I practiced the test and hit apply. I received a 50/50 on general knowledge. After that score, I was told I was not qualified??? in an email. There is something wrong with their pre-testing application. I am a woman and feel this is not a fair and equal way to consider new employees. I feel I was automatically discriminated against. How can I be disqualified with a 50/50 score.

Just not have a current felony and your hired. And don't do drugs before testing. Hair follicle and urine test. Other then those two things you are a guaranteed hire.
