The Reply never replied after the interview. I applied for the role on a recruitment event, and very quickly received a phone call inviting me to the office and have a f2f interview. The interview has three steps, first to fill out five pages of forms, and then HR went through CV, and finally some competency questions. The interview was very friendly, and HR states clear that my background is of company's particular interest. However, after the interview, seems like the HR went 'missing'. It took three weeks for the HR to reply an email kindly request for feedback, and promised to provide more information on the following week. After a month, I've tried to call the office, and told by the reception that HR is not available at the moment, and suggested the best way to contact is via email. However, it seems the HR is too busy to reply the second email as well. It feels very rude and unprofessional to give hope and then ignore a candidate like this, especially when the company is ironically named "reply".
