A rigorous process that starts with an initial phone call with the recruiter. During this call they will discuss everything regarding RQ culture, pay, benefits, hours, the interview process and more. After they have taken some time to get to know you, they will also ask a few (10-15) basic technical questions to gauge your knowledge and make sure you are a good fit to move forward to the next round. The second round interview is a video call with the recruiter where they go a little more in depth regarding behavioral and scenario based questions. Once you successfully pass this part, the recruiter will schedule you for a 3rd round technical interview with a panel. This hour long interview is much more in-depth and covers topics like Offensive/Defensive security, Networking, Command-Line, Scenario-based situations and more. I highly recommend studying for this interview as they can go pretty in depth. Lastly, if you pass the technical interview, you will meet with Managers and High level leaders within the SOC who will ask a mixture of behavioral, scenario and technical questions. This interview is pretty heavy on the technical side as well so make sure you know your stuff. They prefer this interview to be on site so they can give you a RQ tour and show you around the worksite. Within a day or two, they will provide you with a follow up on the final interview and let you know if you have what it takes to be apart of RQ and add to the company culture.
