Referred by internal candidate before actually applying. HR called me out of the blue a few days after I had sent my CV to my contact. I spoke with HR for approximately 30 minutes however it would have been nice to have something scheduled as I was out of the house and caught off guard. The HR call went well and I then had an interview set up with the hiring manager the next day. A week and a half later I had nine half hour interviews over the course of three days. I also gave a 45 minute presentation to the individuals with whom I had interviewed. Three days after my final interviews and presentation I contacted HR as I had to respond to an offer I had from another company (I had informed HR of this offer when we met). No response. Four weeks after my final interviews HR called me. I could not answer my phone so she left me a message asking me to call her back. I called her back a half hour later and it went to her voice mail. Three days later I called her back and left her another message. It's been two weeks since she left me the message asking that I call her back and still no response. To be ghosted after so many interviews and a 45 minute presentation is both unprofessional and disappointing.

Pre-screen call with HR/Recruiter for 30 minutes. This was basically a review of my experience and what I was looking for. Then a 30 minute phone call with the hiring manager. The interviews went well and were pretty standard and easy. What I didn't like about the process was that the salary range listed on the job description on their website was not accurate. The range was a lot lower. I was told that this is predetermined and they don't control it which is ridiculous. The hiring manager did not look at my resume and experience and it was very apparent. They were also all over the place and made some strange comments about not knowing a process. It was incredibly awkward. I didnt get the job because I lack one specific piece of experience.
