Applied online to the position. Got interview offer about 2 months after applying. 20-minute phone screen with HR about requirements and logistics of the position. 30-minute phone interview with position supervisor including technical and behavioral interview questions. I received the decision three weeks after the interview, and five months before my start date was scheduled.

The interviewer was very nice and respectful. It was evident that she is passionate about her work and eager to share her expertise. It is a shame I wasn't offered a chance to join the company, but my positive experience encourages me to try again in the future.
