In the company's defense they were trying to prepare for an upcoming expansion. The process seemed rushed - I had two phone interviews with the organization. Then face-to-face was a panel interview for 45 minutes, followed by a verbal presentation for 30 minutes. The presentation was around how one would conduct a meeting with a newly hired sales team at a launch meeting. Like some interviews I've had - NO FEEDBACK. Very disappointing as one of the finalist for the position. At least provide SOMETHING.
