Very stupid company, all they do is scam the candidates. I applied for the role of Graphic designer job , they gave such a huge assignment which took me whole. and the deadline was 24hrs. I did that assignment on priority. They selected me for second round, then the final round. Which they called of. Telling me that the CEO is busy. Then they called me and tell me that I'll have to do the internship for 5months first which will be 8k per month. While I applied for a job offering 2-4l p.a They will waste your time this way, they will give you all the hopes that you are getting the job , but in the end they will end up offering you an internship. They did not mentioned the word internship at all in the previous 3 rounds. And I really think the assignments were their clients projects as well. Do not even consider applying to this job. CEO you really should come up with the actual offering (offering internships to the candidates applying for a job), this is really really bad way to play with freshers time. Really stupid
