Many months. Slow communication. Challenging interviews. Case study and presentation of a real business scenario. I am writing more words in order meet the glass door requirement. I am writing even more words, yet again, in order to meet this requirement. I hope it will work now.

Standard phone screen with recruiter -> virtual interview with hiring manager -> final in-person interview with hiring manager and operations leader (+presenting a case study). Overall the interview process was simple and not difficult. The only thing that didn't sit well was having to make/present a case study with all the necessary information they required. Had a gut feeling that it was a red flag (asking for market insights, prospective accounts I'd target and how I'd go close the sale..etc). I'm on the side of being paid for that type of work (whether it's part of an interview or not). Case study presentation/final interview passes ..and 24 hours later I get a call from the recruiter saying that due to organizational restructuring decisions ..they've decided to look internal for this role. Felt like I was just a "check off the box" interview candidate and they got some free work out of me. Negative experience overall
