      Entrevista

      Rapid Response Monitoring Service is always hiring because it has very high turnover. Rapid Response Monitoring Service requires a personality test, an IQ test, and a typing test. Candidates are required to undertake a drug test off premises. After completing these tests and interviewing with a human resources representative, a candidate is required to visit the monitoring center a second time to observe customer service representatives at work in the operations room. It is a time-consuming application process.

      One initial Phone interview with basic questions about background, schooling, job history and desired shifts. They talked about what exactly they do. A follow up zoom call with hiring managers. Testing at the end. Very professional and productive.

      Entrevista

      1st Interview: Phone Screening going over pay rate, experience, what you are looking for, and overview of benefits and scheduling 2nd Interview: Take supervised 3 minute typing test (30 wpm minimum to pass) and personality test via Zoom call with same recruiter who conducted phone screening Interview 3: Microsoft Teams Meeting with HR Representative. Asked "what made you want to apply to this position/why this company?". After that we went over my resume and verified the timeline of my previous jobs. Asked to describe job responsibilities and why I left each job. Interview 4: Microsoft Teams Meeting with President/Co-Founder Mr.Atkins. Best interview I have ever had by far. Mr.Atkins is very kind and laid back. Just went over resume briefly and had a very enjoyable relaxed conversation.
