they took 3 technical rounds with 2engineers in each round for 1.5 hrs totall y my 5 hours wasted(could have spent this precious time in watching a movie)
mind that you are not google amazon or walmart
nor you would not give the package as they give after interview.
would recommended don't ever take up an interview with them its waste of time and if they don't have budget they will tell that your rejected
You are just a growing company kind of consultancy so be kind enough and have some faith/trust on people

One best thing about Rackspace is you will hardly face such competitive interview in life. And once cleared you will realize a proud feeling in yourself. There is group of panel who will ask all types of questions from you and not specific to any single tool. More focus on very basic things and then all details about not. Nothing theoretical but related to real time work. Real time scenarios and your past best efforts.
