Entrevista
several phone calls and video interview + had to submit a test translation, but I was working with them earlier as an intern, so I think the process was different for me than it is to others
Very thorough, there are 4 steps of interview from HR to user. There was also a test before the final round. However user was flimsy at the end. There is one requirement they didn't specify in the listing but then it was suddenly mentioned during the final round.

Are you used to working with international teams?
How would you describe your strength & weakness?
It was simple. The recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn, and I applied by sending her my CV. There was a screening, followed by a translation assessment, and then the final interview with 2 managers. It was not so difficult.
Although the entire process was rather simple and nice, I was really unhappy with how they handled the situation after giving me a verbal offer. They told me they would wait for me to get a visa, and even checked on me a few times. But by the time I finally got my visa, they told me they were not hiring externally anymore because of the hiring freeze. They had more than 3 months to say this, but they said it right after I told them I got my visa. And then they offered me to work as a freelance translator for them.
I'll avoid this company at all costs!
