First is to do written test, candidate needs to write two article in chinese and english. The topic is very general, and it not related to any technical issue regarding on audit. After the written test, it will have 1on1 manager interview.
easy and friendly, one manager and one partner interviewed. about one hour seesion.they shared about company culture and also looked through my resume, asked about my school experiences and intern experience.
The interview went quite smoothly as the questions were not very difficult. The interviewer was friendly and made me feel comfortable, and the HR representative was also kind and approachable.
Assessment centre consisted of interview, group task, individual case study and diary entry task. the assessors were friendly and nice to talk to. make sure you prepare well and give answers in STAR format
