Entrevista
I went through four 30 minute interviews along with a programming ability test. Each Interview was with a different manager, varying in business background. The test was used for them to get an understanding of my proficiency in SQL.

The interview process was very professional and timely. All the interviewers were very engaged and asked great questions. As a whole I enjoyed the experience greatly, and I would recommend others to apply for positions at RSM.
I was invited for two on site interviews. The first I interviewed for three different positions, one consulting where you would travel to the client site and two technical. After this round of interviews I was invited back for a second round of interviews. I had two interviews, but they mostly consisted of me asking questions and them answering. One of the interviews was dominated by my interviewer just giving me a very broad overview of the company.
