Entrevista
In the beginning, The process was typical although the recruiter spent so much time on selling me about the co-op and how the workers are investors, she condo have saved some of that after I explained I researched the company and was familiar with the design. (Maybe it would allow time for a simple yes/no email response). besides that, a smooth phone interview with the HR recruiter. Followed by a face-to-face panel interview with the hiring manager and her manager, and another supervisor peer. Took a tour of the new facility for about 1/2 hour, then the interview happened. Fairly standard although they use very predictive interview techniques. This is the part that no candidate likes. The waiting and the dreaded rejections. However, in this case I was kind of hoping I didn't get an offer because I really didn't like the low salary. So maybe they read that form me. Regardless of why I wasn't chosen, at least give a professional "no thanks". I decided to follow-up with the HR Recruiter, and she didn't not even send a email response that would take 1 minute . Too busy on the co-op speech I guess. I took a day off my current job to interview, and the lack of courtesy means they have one less customer as well.

The interview was entirely over the phone. I never met the store manager or even saw the store before my first day of work. Who does that??? Warning flags from day 1!
