I first demonstrate my past work experience. Then the department director gave some questions regarding to how I will handle the optimization of a solar panel structure. Moreover, I was given a second interview.

The interviewers are friendly and the interview process is not too difficult, The interviewers are mainly asking about your relevant experience to see the role fit. Did not receive the offer.

It's a challenging interview but the questions asked is very well prepared and can tell that the interviewers are very experienced. Now that I am accepted, I still agreed with my statement
- Skills relating to the role. If don't have costing experience might be difficult for whoever coming for this role

Was notified a few days after I submitted my resume. Interview was engaging and professional, questions asked was relevant and the interviewers were friendly enough to share more insights to the job role when asked

Understanding of solar panel basics and technically strong is an advantage. Being street smart and articulate is a plus point during the interview. Knowing sampling plan, handling material issue, isolation, tracing and design of experiments help.

Interview went smoothly, the interviewers are friendly and detail. It was a pleasant conversation. Unfortunately, I did not accept the offer as I have accepted the other offer before REC.

First round with hiring manager with HR on mute Second round with the team (to just know each other) No offer received after the second round even though everything was positive . After a few weeks later HR called again to check whether interested in the job . Third was an informal talk with HR director & immediately released the offer . But due to some personal reasons i was unable to join the company. But overall i got positive vibe about the ppl & company. I wish them all the best .
- 1 ) roles & responsibilities of current job 2) what is the motivation to work 3) how you manage the work Mostly generic questions about the job . The interview was via teams and the interviewer was very friendly and it was more like conversations than interview

The worst interview I have ever been part of. - The location of the company is at the very end of Tuas yet did not consider online interview during COVID-19 times. Wasted time/money to get there. - Interview was hosted by 3: one of which is a upper management level. - The interview is highly unprofessional. - Weird questions that do not reflect your current work experiences. Only try to test how much you want this job. - Wants to hire a QA engineer with Process engineering knowledge but cannot draw the link between the 2 departments. - doesn’t understand engineering methodologies and just keep asking you to explain more but keeping brushing it off as not the answer wanted. - when answering by explaining the methods used to identify and solve problems at your current work place, it is useless as the product is not solar panels related. - Interview does not understand that Skills are transferable and can help improve processes. - asked to use the board behind to diagram anything that I can be used to explain. What for? the info is useless anyway if it is not relevant to solar panels - Interview not interested in learning about what you know, but just wants to question you to no end unless you can explain how to make this niche business work. - the interview was not a give and take and just a chance for you to impress with your solar panel knowledge if you have any. If you don’t have any solar panel knowledge, it’s the same as no knowledge. - the interview, does not try to understand your answers but instead, wants you to immediately value add business with ideas. Trust that even if you have 6 years of Engineering experience, it is still useless in the interview. - Interview tried to do some damage control for the many bad behaviour but it was too late to me - Pls don’t ask for all the personal information of candidates before even giving the candidate an offer. - A complete waste of time overall. Fully understand why the Glassdoor reviews in Singapore was so bad after experiencing the interview behaviour. - DO NOT INTERVIEW FOR A JOB WITH THIS JOKE SITE. Clowns.
