Received an interview through a referral. They were quick to review and set up an interview within a couple days. Interview was about an hour long chat at their downtown location.

Phone interview- It was a telephonic interview, however I didn't secured that job. Probably after the telephonic interview would be background check and further screening. Interview was very easy and fun going.

If you are selected, you will undergo a multi-stage interview process that includes interviews with HR, the Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager, and the Regional Head.
This process may take several months, as it is designed to thoroughly evaluate candidates at each level. The difficulty of the interviews will progressively increase, challenging you to demonstrate your skills and fit for the role effectively.
