Had to do three screening tests (behavioural, reasoning and numerical tests), then after I had a phone interview. The screening tests were more to judge how well you reasoned situations and how you came to a conclusion of your answer rather than the actual answer itself.

There were two interviewers both of whom were very friendly and not daunting like I was warned. The questions were creative and were mostly behavioral questions. They described the nature of the work but repeatedly said it was a really stressful position and wanted to make sure whoever they were hiring was able to take on the stress and pace of the job.
