I applied for a coop position; got the invitation to the interview two weeks later; I appreciated the opportunity but the job location was very inconvenient for me. I don't understand how I was matched to that location and I could not relocate for the summer job for personal reason. I felt that the recruiter for RBC could be more considerate, especially given my previous interaction with other recruiters from another bank. As for the job interview, a lot of behavioural questions, which I was not very good at, were asked for a technical position - that caught me off guard; but the questions were very reasonable and hiring manager was nice.

Really smooth, got asked questions about my resume and how would it apply to the job. I also got asked about Databases experience like SQL and mentioned I was currently taking the course during the interview.
