Nowadays you have to apply online. I got the job through a reference though. I had a quick conversation on the phone, was invited to go down to the office a few weeks later. Had an interview where I casually discussed my experience and situation and was hired immediately. All I really did was talk to someone in HR for a bit and then to my direct manager for a while and was offered the job on the spot. Was not a difficult process. They are huge on hiring personable people who will positively contribute to the office environment. If you are a stick in the mud or don't say much beyond the questions you will have a hard time.
