The location had, no receptionist at the door. There was a desk but no person or directions. After a while, I nearly left, I noticed a map of the building on the wall. Then I found the administration office.

I interviewed with the director and all the other providers. Overall, it was about six hours, included a tour of the departments. Ended with a conversation with the service line administrator.

First vetted by recruiter after submitting application for a position at an outpatient clinic. I was told that the typical process is to have a call with the medical director first, then meet team members. However, due to vacations and various other scheduling vagaries, I had a meeting/interview over lunch with team members at the office; then a brief phone conversation with the medical director, followed by a remote interview with a member of the executive team.
