I received an email from the recruiter around two months after I submitted the application to chat about the internship. It was around 30 minutes behavioral interview call with a recruiter. Nothing difficult asked, and the conversation was very natural and chill.

Application tramite LinkedIn con invio CV. Ricevuto una chiamata dalle risorse umane in cui mi è stato chiesto di presentarmi e perché mi interessasse la compagnia e la consulenza in generale. Ho ricevuto poi un invito a fare un colloquio con due eventuali colleghi (consultant e senior consultant) in cui mi è stato chiesto di presentarmi, di risolvere un caso e un market sizing.

Stima il fatturato da iPhone 17 che verrà totalizzato in Italia nel 2026.
It was a 30 minute behavioral and 30 minute case study. They give u a process map ahead of time. Pretty straightforward. During behavioral, just be genuine and friendly. The case study was also not that difficult.
Case study and behavioral components. Standard questions, not a quantitative case study. Expect you to understand the different consulting segments of Protiviti and how they connect back to the case study.
