Pretty typical of a public relations agency and typical questions (why this industry, why us?). All the interviewers were really friendly, and I had 3 interviews overall. There was also a writing test sandwiched in between.

First was a phone screen with HR- I met them at my college career fair and got contacted to interview. The HR person was incredibly nice and easy to talk to- next step of the process was a timed writing assessment and then interviews with more people from the team. Ended up declining as my first post-grad opportunity; they require you to live in NYC for the program and only pay $18/hr without even guaranteeing that you'll get hired after the four months. Starting salary is only $50,000- you're better off at a firm that doesn't expect you to basically start off as an intern for four months.
